Hey Jake we havent met yet but I am looking forward to when we do. My husband and I are celebrating our 11 year Wedding Anniversary this Saturday and we could not think of a better place than Butlers in DesMoines!We can enjoy the food and support Jakes Crew!! I saw you link when you commented on my post on the ADA site and I decided to check it out. This is a great site. Jake is absolutely adorable. My daughter is five too but we haven't been going through this as long as you. It makes my heart melt when I look at her fingers will all the little prick wholes....so sad! Hopefully soon there will be a cure!
